Remembrances LLC guarantees that if the order placement and revisions time requirements are met, we will ensure the delivery of your programs and products as approved before the funeral service begins. Should we for any reason fail in this commitment, Remembrances LLC will refund the entire purchase price of the package directly to the party responsible for the original payment.
Furthermore, because these keepsakes are intended to be treasured and kept by all service attendees as well as those who were unable to attend, we will also seek to obtain a list of all persons, families, or parties in attendance at the service as well as anyone unable to attend but invited, and mail each of these persons or parties on the list a keepsake program as approved, up to the number of programs originally ordered, at our expense. All single or additional products such as the Memorial DVD's or the Memorial Portrait, and thank you cards, will be sent to the family or responsible party with our sincere apologies.
Remembrances LLC has assembled a team of graphic artists & designers, photo retouching specialists, copywriters, production personnel, and the equipment and software necessary to produce unparalleled quality pieces for our clients in a very narrow time frame. We have done everything we can think of to simplify the process on your end:
- Have the family or responsible party select products and theme, and fill out the questionnaire (available to print off our website).
- Scan all provided photos using the equipment we provide to you at no cost, upload to our website along with the questionnaire (questionnaire can also be faxed). These steps must be completed by 3 pm your local time 3 days prior to the service in order to guarantee delivery.
- Before 2 pm 2 days before the service, have the family check the proof available to view on our website. Changes/corrections will be made in real time with them on the phone!
- Print out the final proof, have the responsible party sign across it, and scan it back or fax it to us.
- Your order will be printed and shipped that day; overnight shipping is standard and at no cost to you.
If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we will utilize any means available, at our expense, to ensure that the order arrives before the service begins. In the unlikely event that our products do not arrive on time, Remembrances offers an unmatched guarantee
