Remembrances LLC has assembled a team of graphic artists & designers, photo retouching specialists, copywriters,
production personnel, and the equipment and software necessary to produce unparalleled quality pieces for our
clients. It is our commitment to deliver all of the pet products selected within 7 business days of order
finalization.
Once the initial design and creation is complete, proofs of your products will be available on our website for review. We ask that you log into the site and check to verify that everything is as you wish it to appear; that there are no errors in spelling of names or in content, that any dates are correct, and that you are satisfied with the use of photographs and the chosen theme. At this time, we ask that you call our design team at 877-258-7580 and select option 1 for Revisions. Your design supervisor will stay on the phone with you while making any requested changes, uploading them to the site in real time for your approval. Once you are satisfied with the revisions, you will need to print out the finished proof and sign the page, then scan it and upload it to the site or fax it back for finalization .
Once the proof sheet has been signed and either uploaded to our site or faxed back as finalized, we will begin the physical printing and production of your products. It will then be shipped at our expense and should arrive within 7 business days. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we will utilize any means available, at our expense and at no cost to you, to ensure that your package arrives within the stated time frame.
Remembrances LLC guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality, look, and feel of our products, and that these products will be delivered to you in a timely manner. We guarantee delivery of your pet themed products in no more than 7 business days from the date that you finalize the product and submit the finalized copy.
